#ZoomFly6 🏃🏻♂️ Mile repeats consist of running 1 mile @ a given pace (I aimed for 8:15/mile) and then running 0.5 miles at an easier, slower pace. Probably wasn’t the smartest decision to do this run during my lunch break when it was 80 degrees outside😂 Lots of hills on this trail too. And I could’ve hydrated better. Ended up walking the last 0.3 miles. Even though I wanted to push myself, I’ve really learned to listen to my body. At the end of the day, this is just training and I gave it a really hard effort.
