this orange cream chia pudding is so easy to make, tastes delish (like a creamsicle!!), & packs in protein with greek yogurt!! itās the perfect on-the-go breakfast šš¦ āØgrab the full recipe below or on my website!!Ā & if you want a meal prep plan with recipes + grocery list for the entire month of January, thatās on my substack now! hereās everything you need, per jar: 3Ā tbsp chia seeds pinchĀ of kosher salt 1 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (from about 1/4 orange) 1/3Ā cupĀ almond milk (or unsweetened milk of choice) 1/4 cup orange juice (from about 1 orange) 1/2Ā cupĀ Greek yogurt (sub DF yogurt), additional for topping if desired 1Ā tspĀ maple syrup In a jar with a lid, combine the chia seeds, salt, and orange zest. Pour in the almond milk, orange juice, greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir until evenly combine and no chia seeds are stuck at the bottom of the jar. Put a lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days. Optionally, top with additional yogurt for serving. enjoy!!š«¶
