...Don't use a regular rice cake🤪... try a caramel! But even that? it's not gonna hit that real deal tiramisu spot 🙅‍♀️ Enjoy without guilt! Neither is better or worse, just different💕 . How I made this👇 . 2 rice cakes 1 ish cup coffee 1/2-1 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1/2 -1 scoop vanilla protein powder dash of cocoa powder . PS. Anyone have a good real deal tiramisu recipe they wanna share with the class? I've got a hankering now! 😂 Comment below, I'd love you forever! . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
A smattering of realistic, "imperfect" eats from the week! . Every week if different and this was just this one 💕 Hopefully it gives you some ideas, inspiration or just helps ya realize healthy eating doesn't have to be all perfectly plated dishes with every ingredient purchased from Whole Foods (Nothing wrong with that- just not my reality!) All recipes I used are in my app (link in bio to download!) . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
Rather than getting down on yourself for the outcome, see if you can't figure out the REASON! Curiosity over judgement, friends 💕 . I made a helpful tool to make doing this easier, click the link in bio to download the app. . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
POV: your 2008 Pinterest "healthy quotes" bored gets a reality check 🤪 . Care for your body instead of criticizing or controlling it 💕 . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
Will it satisfy my Costco pizza craving? No.😂 Is it a super fun snack when ya just want somethin' light? Totes! . Low cal ≠ healthier or better. It just means it provides the body with less energy. Not bad. Not good. Just IS. When you learn to tune into your body you're able to sense how much energy it's needing. Sometimes they need more fuel and sometimes something lighter sound satisfying.❤️ . Here's how I made it👇 . 1 rice cake Couple tbsp of pizza sauce Sprinkle of mozz cheese . I popped mine in the oven while the broiler was going for a few minutes to get the cheese melty! You could also nuke it in the microwave for a few seconds💕 . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
....you're avoiding feeling sad! 🤯 . Most folks think they can't stop eating when they're full because the food is just too delicious or they love the experience. But actually, it might be because they want to avoid feeling sad. . We face two types of sadness. One is the feeling of the meal ending, and the other is the discomfort after overeating past a comfortable fullness. Continuing to eat might seem easier at first, but eating past comfort can cause a more elongated feeling of sadness and discomfort. . Just like finishing a good book or a movie, ending a meal can bring a momentary feeling of sadness. But just as we look forward to new books or movies, we can anticipate more enjoyable eating experiences in the future. . The next time you either realize you’re full and satisfied or sense a meal coming to an end, remember this concept of satisfaction sadness and consider what choice, in that moment, will be truly the most satisfying to you. You have permission to keep eating, and you have permission to stop 💕 . ❤️#nofoodrules #intuitiveeating #foodfreedom #nondiet #nutritiontips
