Click here for DAY 4👇👇 👉and make sure you’re following @revolveprimalhealth for 15 days of tips!! 🔑2025 is the year we are eating more organ meat because they are some of the most nutrient dense foods available 🥩Beef liver is packed with vitamin B12, niacin, B6, folate, Vitamin A, iron, zinc, copper for energy, skin health, fertility, immune function, and so much more! 👉the easiest way to do this is to hide some beef liver in your ground meat dishes ✨So go prep some liver and/or heart cubes that you can store in the fridge 👉just blend or process liver until smooth, portion into 1oz cubes, freeze, and store. Thaw them and stir into any ground meat dish like pasta sauce or meatballs! I like to do 1-2oz of liver per lb of ground meat.
