#FakeOutTakeout What you’ll need: 1 bag Tattooed Chef Organic Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry (frozen) 1 pack Beyond Steak Tips (thawed) 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil) 2 eggs (optional, or sub with Just Egg for plant-based) 1/2 cup diced onions 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat) Salt & pepper to taste Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish What to do: -Heat 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Beyond Steak Tips and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and heated through. -Remove from the skillet and set aside. -In the same skillet, add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the steak. -Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of oil to the skillet. Toss in onions and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp. Stir in the Tattooed Chef Organic Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through and slightly crispy. -Drizzle in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together to coat evenly. -Add the cooked Beyond Steak Tips and scrambled eggs back into the skillet.
