Prep the Mushrooms:     * Gently clean the Lion’s Mane mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt.     * Slice into thick "steaks" for a hearty texture. 2. Heat the Pan:     * Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to shimmer. 3. Sear the Mushrooms:     * Add the mushroom slices to the hot pan and press down gently with a spatula for good sear marks.     * Cook for 3–4 minutes on one side until golden brown. 4.
