Ingredients: - 1 cup - rolled oats - 1 cup - water - 1 cup - almond milk (or milk of choice) - pinch of salt - 1 banana - 1/4 cup - brown sugar - 2 Tbsp - unsalted butter - 1 tsp - vanilla extract - pinch of ground cinnamon . Preparation: 1. In a sauce pan, combine oats, water, milk, and salt. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the oats thicken into a porridge. 2. In a skillet, melt butter then add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Cook until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. 3. Add sliced banana into the sugar, then cook for another minute. 4. Serve caramelized bananas over porridge. .
