I’m telling you I feel unstoppable when I have a good easy to digest meal before a workout. In the mornings I’ve been having some unconventional meals as well.  I have a whole podcast episode on understanding what to eat before a workout. The Happy Hippie Podcast “Nutrient Timing Episode”  A good too to remember is the more fat and fiber a meal has, the window between that meal and the workout can be longer because it takes the body longer to break those things down.
