2019 ➡️ 2025 Hey folks! It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, so hello! My name is Everett. I started on TikTok in 2019, originally making content about my special interests, my religious beliefs, and briefly touched on mental health. I found the
#autistic community on TikTok and started posting about my experiences as an autistic person regularly, duetting other creators and using trends to talk about stereotypes, misinformation, and my autistic traits. My views went up over the years, even as I switched from making Christian content to liberal Christian content to
#deconstruction and atheist content. I kept posting about
#autism, and my most viral video ever reached 351,292 views, 144,000 likes, and 4,874 saves. My content creation was consistent through to 2021, but I realized around this time that I was trans, and I did not feel safe coming out publicly. I had made content for so long being perceived as a cis girl, and I didn’t know if I would get flooded with hate. Slowly, but surely, I transitioned both in person, and online, and by 2022, I was fully out as non-binary and queer. A lot changed under the surface, but I was still going by my deadname. In my personal life, it was a very rocky start, but here, I saw nothing but love and support from the folks that had been there from the beginning, and I can’t thank you all enough for that. Even after I shared my new pronouns three times over, and switched from a nickname to Everett, which I teased in 2023 and is now my legal name. If you’ve stuck around this far, thank you. If you’re new to my page, welcome! I’m really glad you’re here!
