What is a 2025 release that you’re excited for? . I’m counting down the days until January 21st for Onyx Storm so I thought it would be fun to show off my Fourth Wing collection. All that’s missing are the first editions of Fourth Wing and Iron Flame that are on my main shelves. I didn’t want to walk downstairs and get them because my knee hurts. This stack includes all the gorgeous editions my international friends have helped me acquire. The most recent ones are the Spanish editions from Isabel which are at the very top. . I loved this music by @Bookish Songs Collective because it fits menoerfectly today. Having hEDS means that some days my body just betrays me. Joints give out for no reason, the pain is an ever present ache, and I’m frustrated that even the simplest things are a struggle. Today is one of those days. I’ve been having knee issues for a while, I’ve been to a couple doctor appointments, and I’ve had one scan so far with no answers. It’s now swollen to the point I can barely bend it. Will the MRI on Saturday give me answers….or will it be another shoulder shrug from the doctor? Sadly, with hEDS, I’ve had to learn to be okay with the fact that sometimes they can’t give me a good solution or a reason on why my body sometimes seems to just…give out.
