always seek PROFESSIONAL assistance when it comes to self diagnosis. Self diagnosis can be dangerous and extremely inconsiderate to the individuals who actually need the treatment and awareness with their mental impairments. Please keep those members of society in mind when you think about posting on social media a fake diagnosis you put onto yourself. Seeking diagnosis is very important and easy, now conveniently so that you can contact a therapist on your phone. This video is for people who use mental disorders, traumatic experiences, and other forms of mental health issues in order to justify negative emotional responses and/or behavior. Also could be used to justify being complacent within one’s life in order to not deal with life changes or past life mistakes. Some will use this as a way to avoid accountability for themselves, especially when they do something that is manic or borderline “acted psychosis” where they act as if they are having an episode in order to receive more attention. There are other reasons, but these are just some. If you have someone in your life you know is either being over exaggerating about mental health.
