When you suddenly realize she is more HERE then she normally is. When she turns, looks at you and says “Hey Lorri” what an incredible feeling! Check out all the updates to mom’s room since our Care Plan Meeting AND HOSPICE! Between the holidays and then me being so sick, I had not be able to see just what was being implemented. I knew from dad’s visits that mom was always in her chair now BUT he really never notices the little things. So this visit was so nice to see so many things being implemented. That mattress off to the right was confusing. I asked later in a phone call what it was and was told it was a fall mat. BUT when I go back, the mat on the floor wasn’t the same. So I still don’t know what that was! Any info would be helpful if you know what that is/was.
