They’re nutty, crunchy, sweet, salty, and they don’t need to be fried—a bonus this week. XOXO 4 cups crispy rice cereal ¾ cup tahini 4 teaspoons olive oil 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, plus flaky salt for topping ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds ½ cup marshmallow fluff, or more to taste Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment. Whisk the tahini, olive oil, honey, vanilla, salt, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Add the cereal, toss to coat, then add the fluff and mix in with your hands or a spatula. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spread out, sprinkle generously with flaky salt and press down very firmly (another slightly smaller square pan works great for this). Freeze 1 hour, then cut into 16 equal-sized squares.
