Recipe deets below: Ingredients: 1 Izzio Artisan Bakery Sourdough Half Loaf (we used our Lucky 7 Multigrain for some added fiber!) 3/4 c shredded cheddar jack cheese (we used @tillamook!) 1/2 c cooked ground beef with taco seasoning (we used @sietefoods seasoning!) 1/2 rinsed black beans 1/4 c pico de gallo 2 tbsp sliced black olives 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños 1/2 avocado, sliced 1/4 c cilantro leaves Lime wedges for serving 1. Toast Izzio Artisan Bakery Sourdough Half Loaf until golden brown. Cut slices into chip-sized wedges. 2. Prepare parchment-lined quarter sheet. Place toasted bread wedges evenly across sheet. 3. Layer cheese, beef, and beans. 4. Place under broiler until cheese is melted. 5. Remove from broiler, and finish with rest of toppings. Serve immediately.
