Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo recipe from @Karim  Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 2lb chicken breasts 1.5 cups orzo  2 cloves of minced garlic  2-3 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup half and half 1 lemon Parmesan cheese Directions: 1. Season the chicken to your taste then cook in a skillet over medium high heat for 5-6 min per side 2. Remove chicken and add orzo to the pan, stirring frequently  3. Add in chicken broth and minced garlic 4. Bring to a boil and cook until pasta is done and liquid is absorbed, about 12 min 5. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning 6. Squeeze entire lemon juice into pan 7. Pour in 1/2 cup half and half and Parmesan cheese to taste 8. Stir and add more liquid if necessary  9. Ingredients:  1 pound ground chicken. 1/2 cup parm cheese. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 3 minced garlic cloves. 1 egg. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 cup milk. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup lite shredded mozz cheese. For serving: 1/2 cup cooked white rice and 1 cup steam green beans  Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, milk, egg, dried oregano, and a little salt, and pepper. 3. Shape into your mini loaves and set in a sprayed casserole dish. 4. Drizzle your oil on top and bake for 25-30 mins or until the internal temp reaching 160. Turn your oven on broil. Recipe: Cook one chopped yellow onion with 3 tbsp butter. Add in a pack of cooked chopped bacon. CHICKEN TERIYAKI TACOS 🥒🍗🥕🫶🏼 recipe below!  INGREDIENTS:  - 1 pound of ground chicken  - 1/2 cup gf teriyaki sauce (I’m using @nutiva) - Tortillas (I’m using @Siete Foods) - 2 Persian cucumbers  - 2-3 tbsps mayo - 1/4-1/2 tsp sriracha  TOPPINGS:  - shredded carrots  - jalapeño (thinly sliced)  - green onion (roughly chopped)  - sesame seeds  INSTRUCTIONS: - in a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of avocado oil and one pound of ground chicken. break it up til it’s brown you know the drill.  - While we wait for that to brown, prep your toppings. Slice your cucumbers into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Add to a bowl with 2 tbsps mayo, 1/2-1/4 tsp sriracha. Mix until well combined. Set aside til serving. Thinly slice  your jalapeño, lay out your shredded carrots for easy assembly, roughly chop green onions.  - Once chicken is fully cooked, add in 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce to the pan. Mix until fully coated. Lower the heat just slightly and allow sauce to thicken 2-3 minutes.  - While we wait on the sauce to thicken, I popped my tortillas in the oven for a couple minutes to warm them up.  - Then it’s time to plate! Add your teriyaki ground chicken, your cucumber mayo mixture, and the rest of your toppings! Lastly I added some sesame seeds! I ended up adding a little shredded mozzarella to make it cheesier Elevated Boxed Mac & Cheese: -Banza Mac & cheese  -cottage cheese (I like good culture low fat) -spinach -shredded mozzarella  -salt & pepper -garlic powder  Blend a container of cottage cheese until smooth. Cook pasta according to package. Add cooked pasta back to pot along with blended cottage cheese, cheese pack, shredded mozzarella, spinach & seasonings.
