Easy protein muffins! They were a huge hit and made a ton! Ingredients: 3 cups @KodiakCakes 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 2 eggs 1.5-2 cupa milk Optional: vanilla, cinnamon, and what ever mix ins you want. (Fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles) This made 2 full mini muffin pans. Plenty for the week
