Quick, flavorful, and packed with veggies, this Soyaki shaved steak with bell peppers and onions is a weeknight winner! The tender steak, crispy bell peppers, and sweet onions pair perfectly with the Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce. Serve with some fluffy jasmine rice, and you’ve got a flavorful dinner in under 30 minutes! Ingredients: 1 lb Shaved steak Tri-color bell peppers Sweet onion Soyaki sauce Jasmine rice Grab a copy of my Trader Joe’s cookbooks for more delicious recipes! Instructions: Slice 1/2 of a sweet onion and all 3 bell peppers into big chunks. Drizzle about 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil into a large pan, and add the shaved steak in an even layer. Cook the shaved steak for 2-3 minutes per side (no seasonings needed), remove from the pan, and set aside. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, and add in the veggies. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the steak back in, along with 1/2 cup of the Soyaki sauce. Stir well to combine, and cook for 1-2 minutes longer. Serve over jasmine rice, garnish with green onions and Everything But The Bagel seasoning (optional), and enjoy!
