Start shifting the mind & body’s response today ⭐️ It is often our belief that our bodies are sick and stuck, which keeps us stagnant in our healing. THIS BELIEF DID NOT MAKE YOU SICK. (Read that again 👆🏻). ⭐️But it may be the roadblock preventing you from connecting physiologically with the ability to thrive ⭐️. Yes, you’re good at surviving. That’s what we are meant to do. We need to remind ourselves of the ability to thrive. We have EVERYTHING we need to do this. We can learn to communicate with the body in a more effective way to relearn well-being… which is often something that has been foreign to us after years of being sick and stuck. One way we can do this is through somatic work (movement) paired with mental exercises. Next time you feel anxious or stressed, think “head, shoulders, belly.” 👉🏻Physically change your head position to straight ahead, take your shoulders down, and allow your belly to distend. Breathe in this way, allowing your physical shifts to make changes to the way you feel. This is brain-body communication in real time. For those of you who have been stuck feeling anxious, run through this throughout the day & note what changes you feel. Start with Reset this week to ring in the new year with more ease, peace, and comfort. Get this intro course for just $7.50! #healingchronicillness #cortisolmanagement #potssyndrome #moldillness #brainretraining #neuroplasticity #healingtiktok #lymedisease #spooniesupport #neuroscience

RING IN 2025 by starting brain retraining – our intro course Reset is 50% off (that’s $7.50!) Use code RESET2025 and get more tools like these inside our mini course 👇🏻. Start with this massive morning mindset shift. Because this tool can change everything. And the truth is, I’m changing constantly. And so are you…whether you realize it or not. This is because literally everything we do makes changes to our brains.🧠⚡️ New habits are our way out of our subconscious programs.🔑🚪 They are the way out of the things that we do mindlessly, on autopilot, day after day. Have you ever tried to create a new habit and encountered mental resistance❓ Yeah, me too. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Our subconscious mind is going to try to talk us out of doing new things because the path of least resistance is one of FAMILIARITY. We want to work with our subconscious, not against it. The important thing to remember when first selecting a behavior you’d like to change is to start small. Once you’ve decided on one small behavior you’d like to change, make a promise to yourself to do it NO MATTER WHAT. Each time you keep that promise, NOTICE IT and congratulate yourself. YOU DID IT!🎉 Through making small new choices, we build a foundation and empower ourselves. Over time, we can begin to add new behaviors. #newyear #mcas #potssyndrome #moldillness #fibromyalgiawarrior #chronicfatiguewarrior #spooniesupport #lymedontkillmyvibe #mindbodyhealth #chronicillnesslife #trainyourbrain #braintraining #brainretraining #retrainthebrain #rewireyourbrain #neuroplasticity #healthymindandbody #neuroscience #nervoussystemregulation #nervoussystemhealing

⭐️ Save this post as you create intentional space for yourself in the new year ⭐️ BTW you can start regulating your nervous system this year with Reset at the 🔗 in my bio. Things to give up in 2025! Which one resonates with you the most? As we start 2025, it symbolizes the beginning of a fresh start—a reboot. At the start of a new year, have you ever embarked on a radically new nutrition plan, intense exercise regimen, or set a goal of meditating for an hour daily whilst standing on your head? After a week or two, you may have given up, thinking that you’ve failed and that you must be deeply flawed in some way. I’m here to tell you this is *absolutely NOT* the case! If you’ve encountered mental resistance when trying to create a new habit, this is very normal. The important thing to remember when first selecting a behavior you’d like to change is to START SMALL. 💡Often this begins with a simple perspective shift. This sets us up for success and allows us to be much kinder to ourselves in the process of making *lasting* changes. Here’s an exercise to help you get started: 1️⃣Take out a blank piece of paper, turn it sideways (landscape view), and make three columns of equal width. 2️⃣In the first column, briefly describe the behavior or situation you’d like to change and why. 3️⃣In the second column, state your current perspective. Make it about you and not anyone else. 4️⃣In the third column, develop 3 to 5 alternative perspectives. Start with something that is at least a shade or two more positive than the current perspective. Now, choose one alternative perspective to focus on for the next week. Think of it as trying on a piece of clothing to see how it fits. Walk around and see how it feels on you. What changes when you look at the situation through this new perspective? When the old perspective pops up, mentally put it aside and bring the new one to the forefront of your thinking. What new actions or behaviors result? It’s time to press reset as we start the new year 👉🏻 get it this week for just $7.50! Use code RESET2025 #newyear #spooniesupport #healingtiktok #healingchronicillness #cortisolmanagement

The first thing I have been doing when I wake up is spending 30 minutes on my grounding mat to start my day off on the right frequency. I have been in a Lupus flare up for the past week, and taking this 30 minutes in the morning before the kids get up has really helped with my flare-up. Especially with the pain in my legs, *chefs kiss* 🤌 #newyear #2025 #earthandmoon @Stack Influence #earthandmoon #earthandmoonpartner #grounding #earthing #staygrounded #improvedsleep #painrelief #lupus #lupuswarrior #spoonie #spooniesupport
