Harry’s Midnight Snack 1.5oz (45ml) Fernet Branca 1oz (30ml) Tempus Fugit Creme de cacao 1oz (30ml) Heavy Cream 1/2 Orange Slice 5 drops Saline 20% Salt Dust/Dehydrated Orange Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and muddle the Orange being careful to only lightly press the peel but still crush the fruit.
