Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breasts on the Roto-Q 360🔥 Ingredients * 2 Chicken breasts * Olive oil * Italian seasoning * Pepper & Salt to taste * (I used all in one Neil’s Sarap BBQ Italia Blast) * 6-8 slices of prosciutto 1. Coat breasts in olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, pepper & salt. Prosciutto is salty, use the salt sparingly. Place in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for an hour. 2. Preheat your grill to 375° set up for indirect heat. I used my Weber Kettle, removed the cooking grate and kept @The Good Charcoal to one side. 3. Remove breasts from the refrigerator. Wrap each breast with the prosciutto. Secure with butcher’s twine. Place into the rotisserie basket and cover with the basket top.
Place basket onto the Roto-Q 360. Wind up the motor and place in the grill. 4. Let cook until the internal temp of the breasts reach 165° and prosciutto is crisp. 5.
