5 ingredient chocolate chip cookie dough bark! It’s gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make. Plus, soo incredibly delicious! Cookie Dough: •1 1/2 cups almond flour •1/8 tsp salt •1/3 cup pure maple syrup •1 tbsp coconut oil, melted •1/4 cup dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate (see recipe notes) Chocolate Shell: •1/2 cup dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate (see recipe notes) •1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. First, make the cookie dough: add the almond flour, salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil to a bowl and mix until smooth then fold in the chocolate. 2. Next, make the chocolate shell: melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until melted (in the microwave or on the stovetop using the double boiler method) then set aside. 3. Add the cookie dough to a tray lined with parchment paper and smooth it out with a separate piece of parchment paper. Top with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt (optional). 4. Place in the freezer until frozen (at least 1 hour), then break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer. Gluten-free + dairy-free sugar cookie 🎄🎁✨ Makes 1 jumbo cookie or 2 regular-sized  Ingredients  2 tbsp cashew butter  2 tbsp organic cane sugar or coconut sugar  1/4 cup gluten-free flour  2 tbsp milk of choice  Pinch salt  1/2 tsp vanilla extract  1/8 tsp almond extract  1/4 tsp baking soda  Directions  1) add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Transfer dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and form into a cookie shape (you may need to dip your fingers in water so they don’t stick to the dough!)  2) bake at 350 in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes (longer if you bake in the oven. Shorter if you make 2 cookies vs. 1 jumbo!) and let cool completely For the frosting, I mixed together a little bit of grass-fed butter (melted), organic powdered sugar, and a tiny splash of non-dairy milk! It’s also drizzled with a homemade cinnamon infused maple syrup made with my @LĒVO infusion machine!😍  You can infuse a ton of recipes with spices and herbs outside of the ✨”magical herb”✨😉 that can be delicious for the whole family to share!  Sweet potatoes are packed with antioxidants, vitamin A, and healthy fats like walnuts for omega 3s, plant based protein, and vitamin B6 for my plant based people! 🙌🏽🌱 Ingredients⬇️ For the sweet potato 🍠⬇️ •4 medium sweet potatoes •1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil •Pinch of salt For the Apple-Walnut Crumble •1 cup walnuts, chopped •1/4 cup roasted pistachios, chopped (optional) •1-2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely diced •2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour •1 tbsp infused cinnamon maple syrup •1/4 teaspoon nutmeg •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1/8 teaspoon salt •1 tbsp melted coconut oil  Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash the sweet potatoes and pierce them a few times with a fork. 3. Rub each sweet potato with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife. 4. In a medium bowl, combine the walnuts, diced apples, almond flour, coconut sugar (if using), cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. 5. Stir in the melted coconut oil until the mixture is evenly coated and crumbly. 6. Once the sweet potatoes are baked, let them cool slightly. Slice each one lengthwise, leaving the base intact so they can hold the filling. 7. Mash lightly with a fork and generously spoon the apple-walnut crumble over the top. 8. Lower the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Place the sweet potatoes back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and the apples are softened. 9. McDonald’s Vegan Copycat Apple Pie🥧🌱⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 🍎 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🍎:⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 3 medium-sized apples (I use 2 honeycrisps & 1 fuji)⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1 tbsp lemon juice⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp light brown sugar ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ spice mix: 1.5 tsps cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp all spice & 1/4 tsp sea salt⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1/4 cup cold apple juice (without added sugars) ~ 2 tbsps vegan butter⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 2 tsps vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ slurry: 1.5 tbsps cornstarch + 1.5 tbsps cold apple juice⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 🌱𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🌱: ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1 vegan puff pastry package⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ flour ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ oat milk⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ cinnamon sugar: 2 tbsps cane sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 📝𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬📝: ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 1. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium and allow the mixture to cook for about 7-8 mins (or until apples are tenderized to your liking) while stirring occasionally. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 6. In the meantime, make a slurry by combining cornstarch and apple juice until smooth. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 7. After the 7-8 mins, mix in vanilla.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 8. Next, pour in slurry while continuously stirring for about 1 min or until the filling has thickened. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 9. Turn off heat and pour filling into a bowl. Let it cool to room temperature. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 10. After cooling, preheat oven to 400F.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 11. Roll out pastry dough on a floured surface and cut into desired sized rectangles (be sure to cut the top layer of rectangles slightly larger than the bottom layer).⁣⁣⁣⁣ 12. Spread out the bottom layers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  13. Brush the edges with oat milk. Add apple pie filling to the center. Add the top layer. Press edges together, and then crimp with a fork. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 14. Brush top layer with oat milk, cut 3 slits and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 15. Bake in oven for around 23 mins or until pastry is golden brown. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 16. McDonald’s Vegan Copycat Apple Pie🥧🌱⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 🍎 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🍎:⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 3 medium-sized apples (I use 2 honeycrisps & 1 fuji)⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1 tbsp lemon juice⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp light brown sugar ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ spice mix: 1.5 tsps cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp all spice & 1/4 tsp sea salt⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1/4 cup cold apple juice (without added sugars) ~ 2 tbsps vegan butter⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 2 tsps vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ slurry: 1.5 tbsps cornstarch + 1.5 tbsps cold apple juice⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 🌱𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬🌱: ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ 1 vegan puff pastry package⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ flour ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ oat milk⁣⁣⁣⁣ ~ cinnamon sugar: 2 tbsps cane sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 📝𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬📝: ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 1. Wash, peel and chop apples into small, uniform-sized chunks.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 2. Add the chopped apples and lemon juice to an unheated pan. Mix together.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 3. Add in brown sugar and spice mix. Combine until apples are fully coated. ⁣⁣⁣⁣Allow this to sit for 10 mins.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 4. Transfer pan to stove. Add the apple juice and butter. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 5. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium and allow the mixture to cook for about 7-8 mins (or until apples are tenderized to your liking) while stirring occasionally. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 6. In the meantime, make a slurry by combining cornstarch and apple juice until smooth. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 7. After the 7-8 mins, mix in vanilla.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 8. Next, pour in slurry while continuously stirring for about 1 min or until the filling has thickened. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 9. Turn off heat and pour filling into a bowl. Let it cool to room temperature. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 10. After cooling, preheat oven to 400F.⁣⁣⁣⁣ 11. Roll out pastry dough on a floured surface and cut into desired sized rectangles (be sure to cut the top layer of rectangles slightly larger than the bottom layer).⁣⁣⁣⁣ 12. Spread out the bottom layers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 13. Brush the edges with oat milk. Add apple pie filling to the center. Add the top layer. Press edges together, and then crimp with a fork. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 14. Brush top layer with oat milk, cut 3 slits and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ 15.
