We knew that we needed to make a change, so we did...as one! Oneness promotes a sense of partnership and as husband and wife we've been blessed to lose over 250lbs total down together! When it came to losing weight and taking back our health, we knew that we needed to encourage and support each other. In addition we held each other accountable because we knew that's how we both would win! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our journey! Our journey isn't over.
