 When solely comparing taste, texture, and sauce, chick fil a is the winner here. However… we don’t just care about taste, we also care about macros, if you’re looking to lose weight.  Because the Taco Bell chicken nuggets have more chicken in them and the taste is still very good, I am going to have to go with Taco Bell nuggets overall ✅  These nuggets are marinated in jalapeño buttermilk and breaded with tortilla chips, giving it that unique Taco Bell flavor.  
My trick is to avoid the sauces all together (you don’t need the extra calories) and use Taco Bell’s hot sauce instead.
