Season the shrimp with seafood seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, ano dried parsley. Drizzle olive oil over the shrimp and toss until evenly coated. 2. In a saucepan over medium heat, lightlydrizzle olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes on one side, then 2 minutes on the other side. Remove from the pan. 3. Add the shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Bring it to a simmer. After 5 minutes, stir in the grated Parmesan. 5. Heat the two Minute Yellow Rice Cups in the microwave for 90 seconds. Once heated, add the rice and shrimp to the pan and stir until combined. 6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
