#worldnutelladay #nutella #nutella🍫 Nutella Ravioli Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1 cup vegetable or avocado oil • ½ cup sugar • 1 packet Paneangeli • 1 tbsp vanilla extract • Zest of 1 lemon • Juice of 2 lemons • 4 cups flour (reserve ¼ cup for dusting) Instructions: 1. In a mixer on medium-low speed, beat the eggs and sugar for 10 minutes until pale and creamy. 2. Add the oil, lemon juice, and zest, mixing for another 3 minutes. 3. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until fully combined, then knead for 5 minutes. 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Assembly & Cooking: 5. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. 10. Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
