Listen Fam, If you really want to lose body fat and build muscle you should avoid these 3 strategies when you hit the gym.
#1 is prioritizing cardio, I’m not saying that cardio is bad, but prioritizing it over weights is not the best strategy if the goal is fat loss & changing your body composition.
#2 Saving and trying the silliest combo exercises that you see your favorite influencer do. 9 times out of 10 those movements are just for entertainment and shock value. In most cases they are not real movements that you can progress.
#3 Thinking that the more intense your workouts are the more effective they are. The reality is you don’t have train super intense in order for it to be effective. Really intense exercises are harder to recover from and it’s difficult to be consistent.
