Building your lower-body is all about flexion and extension of the hips with tension. In the gym you need to be training hard to really see results. Now to lose the body fat you have to have your nutrition sorted outside the gym. Your BMR is the amount of energy aka calories your body will expend at rest. Increasing that number is more efficient for fat loss over time. Most meal plans are not sustainable nor do they give you the knowledge and skills that you need to make informed decisions daily. Which is very important , because at some point you’re going to get tired of eating the same shit over and over on your meal plan. A calorie is just a unit of energy. What would be more efficient and sustainable is educating you on the amount of energy you need to eat daily to create a energy deficit.
