While PT sessions can be motivation to train , but training alone is not going to help you get rid of the stomach and love handles. Most of you struggle with your relationship with food, & having the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions to help your lose body fat and change your body composition. Truthfully, weight loss doesn’t even require you to train in the gym. That’s how important it is to make sure what you do outside of the gym aligns with the results you want to see. If you don’t understand how to manage your nutrition in your everyday life including traveling, holidays, & social events your results will be minimal.
