Listen fam, If You want to really see a change, you don’t have to do all these super intense exercises. I know your favorite influencer shows you that this is what he or she does to burn fat but it doesn’t have to be elaborate the way some of these personalities market fitness to you. The reality is losing body fat and getting in incredible shape is about understanding what you need to do consistently with training and nutrition. That approach needs to fit your lifestyle because that’s the only way you’re going to be consistent. Honestly seeing results is not as difficult as you think. The only thing that’s holding you back from getting rid of the stomach and love handles, is the right strategy around your lifestyle. Listen Fam, If you really want to improve the way that your body functions, I need you to stop spending the majority of your training sessions on machines. I’m not saying that machines are bad but you shouldn’t be prioritizing machine work if you want to get the most out of the gym. I would recommend incorporating more free weighted movements because it will not only engage your core stabilizers, but you will also expend more energy /calories which would be more efficient for fat loss in the future. Listen Fam, I’m not saying that cardio is bad, but doing long durations of cardio is a terrible strategy for fat loss long term. The most efficient way to get rid of your stomach and love handles is to develop the knowledge and skills around nutrition that actually fit your lifestyle. In the gym you need to implementing strength training, focusing on progressing the exercises that you’re doing. When you do that consistently you will be able to finally get rid of your stomach that’s overlapping your belt when you sit down, & create a body that you can be proud of. Full Body Pilates ‼️ If you haven’t already added pilates to your workouts then you are really missing out 🤷🏾‍♀️ The exercises may LOOK easy, but they actually really challenge your body in a entirely different way than a traditional weighted workout—while adding variety to your workout splits so that workouts are overall more enjoyable. All you need for this workout is a weighted ball (mine is 5lbs) and sliders OR a hand cloth  Tips: 📌 really focus on tightening your core in all of the movements. A cue that helps me is to think of zipping up your entire midsection from top to bottom with an imaginary zipper  📌exercise 1 really works the adductors (inner thighs) and glutes at the same time🙌🏾 📌exercise 4 is a bit tricky—to stand up from that bottom squat position, try to pop up with some momentum…you will FEEL this exercise throughout your lower body My 1:1 COACHING APP IS LIVE ‼️ Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful💯.
