Consistency is KEY🔑 You don’t need to go hard every day, but regular activity keeps your body strong, increases fat loss, boosts mood, and improves energy. HAVE 👏🏽 A👏🏽 PLAN👏🏽 2. Mindful Eating:  Focus on nourishing your body with WHOLE FOODS. 🥑🍤Eating slowly and being mindful of what you consume can prevent overeating and help you develop a healthier relationship with food. Also learning how to incorporate foods you very much enjoy so eating heathy is sustainable for you!!  3. Prioritize Sleep: Quality sleep is essential for recovery, mood regulation, and overall well-being. Try to get 7-9 hours per night and develop a routine that signals to your body it’s time to wind down. I know that can be a challenge for most but cut down on scrolling focus more on rest!! 👀 yes I’m talking to you.. but its all love!!  4. Hydration: A lot of people do not know this but drinking enough water throughout the day is one of the simplest yet most effective habits for health. It helps with digestion, keeps energy levels up, and supports muscle recovery!!  5. Stress Management: Chronic stress can take a major toll on your health. The truth is….It is hella essential to understand the composition of your food because this will impact your metabolism, fullness at meals and also your body composition AKA fat loss  . So if you’re searching for how to eat balanced meals to burn fat efficiently look no further because this is a simple formula of how to fill your plate 🍽️ at each meal: . ✅Aim for protein rich foods like tempeh, seitan, Greek yogurt (roughly 25-35 grams per meal) + ✅at least half plate of non starchy veggies + ✅1-2 tbsp of fats like chimichurri sauce, seeds, cheese, nuts + ✅1/2- 1 cup of high fiber carbs like brown rice, farro, potato, whole wheat pasta .
