pretty vulnerable post lol. i’ve been so stressed n anxious lately, i haven’t been feeling my best mentally or physically. in times like this i often turn to food (which trust i’ve gotten smmm better at fs) but i still struggle BECAUSE IM HUMAN and that’s just reality.  it’s confusing cause i ALWWAYS feel worse after i overeat *overeat*, you know, & yet we do it to ourselves. yesterday was a reminder ig im still working on it, and got more to learn. i do want to clarify there is a HUGE difference between overeating and completely binging though. i am not going to say i binged last night i did still overeat past comfort and as a way to make myself feel better in the moment (which like most of us know just made me feel worse but it’s okay 😊😊)  anyways, intuitive eating is a work in progress & learning is part of it (which im fully committed to) so come with me / what i do / my routine after overeating.  imo, the best thing you can do is not restrict the next day and just continue on with the habits/ what YOU KNOW makes you feel good (even when you don’t want to move) u have 2 let go of the past 2 move forward and not let it continue. after my workout i journaled and ate a good healthy meal hope this helps :) much love gang. if ur struggling im right there w u gaymers love u all YOU GOT THIS.  also you guys always ask i am wearing @Gymshark … this is from their new collection that just came out yesterday. dc ‘GAYMER’ for $$$ off mwah 💋⭐️🫶🙂‍↔️   #fyp #bed #gymgirl #overeating #stress #anxiety #movingout #healthyhabits #intuitiveeating #healthiswealth #fitness #real
