Add the following to an iced shaker cup: • 1 1/2 oz blanco tequila (I used Dos Primos blanco) • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice • 3/4 oz cointreau • 1/4 oz agave nectar  • 3 bar spoons of orange marmalade  Directions:  • Shake it until your arm goes numb, then switch arms and shake it some more.  • Double strain it. • Serve it over a clear cube and garnish with an orange wheel. Save this post because you’re going to want to make these burgers which we think belong on the Mount Rushmore of burgers! Ingredients: 1 lb 80\20 ground chuck 1 C shredded cheddar cheese 3 T sour cream 2 T Ranch dressing mix 1 T Meat Church BLANCO seasoning (sub S&P) 1/4 C cooked & crumbled bacon 4 toasted buns or 2 if you want to make doubles Instructions:  Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, bacon and Meat Church BLANCO thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl. Divide into 4 equal parts and create 4 patties. Lightly season with more BLANCO. Lightly oil or spray the cooking surface of a 350° griddle or cast iron pan. I use the best griddle on the market - a @traegergrills Flatrock.  Place the patties on the griddle. Cook until the edges begin to brown which wil take 3-4 minutes. Flip the burger with a spatula and continue to cook until your desired doneness. I like medium rare which is 130 -135 internal temperature. Top with more cheese if desired for the last 1-2 minutes of the cook.  •	2 lbs ground meat 
 •	1 lb HOT breakfast sausage
 •	1 lb chuck roast (sub brisket or other big cut)
 •	3 med red onions, diced
 •	1 head of garlic, minced 
 •	84 oz of tomatoes and sauce total. Use the below or interchange to your liking as long as you use at least 84 ounces)
 • 2, 28oz can crushed tomatoes with juice
 • 1, 28oz Italian style diced tomatoes with juice
 •	1, 7oz can Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, diced. Preserve the liquid.
 •	1 beer (sub beef broth)
 •	5-6 T Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning
 
 Add the olive oil to a very large skillet. Sauté the onions, garlic and adobo peppers (including all the liquid from the can). You may have to cook in 2 batches if you don’t have a really large skillet. 
 Cook for about 10 mins until the onions are translucent. Remove from skillet and place the mixture in your slow cooker or dutch oven.
 
 Cook the ground meat and breakfast sausage completely in the same skillet. Drain the fat and place all of the meat in the slow cooker or dutch oven.
 
 If you are starting with a raw chuck roast, cut it into cubes and brown it in a cast iron skillet. Then place it in the dutch oven or slow cooker. 
 If you are starting with a smoked chuck then simply cut it into small pieces and dump it into the dutch oven or slow cooker.
 
 By this time you already have the meat, onions, garlic and adobo peppers in your slow cooker or dutch oven. Now add the tomatoes with the juice, 1 beer and 5 T of Meat Church Texas Chili Seasoning. Mix thoroughly. 
 
 This chili can cook in 3 hours. However, it is better if you can cook it for 6 - 8 hours. The ingredients are already cooked at this point, but we will simmer this chili all day to break down the meat and meld the flavors together.
 If you are using a slow cooker:
 Cook the chili on low for 6 - 8 stirring periodically.
 
 If you are you are using a smoker:

Pour in a champagne glass, top with sparkling wine & garnish with cranberries.  Pinky out & cheers! Merry Christmas everyone!! Cranberry Cocktail Sauce: Add 2 parts cranberries to a sauce pot with 1 part water, 1 part sugar, (2) 2 inch pieces of orange peel and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to a simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cranberries will start to pop and break open. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Then strain syrup into bowl, pressing down lightly onto cranberry mixture to get juices out. Pour 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice through strainer into syrup. Pour into a beverage bottle for storage. I decided to send it my friend @Cast_Iron_Chris to restore.  My Granny (his wife), who taught me to cook, had passed away 10 years previously, so I thought this was just some generic, crusted-over pan. Boy, was I wrong and surprised! It turned out to be a Wagner! And we later learned it was the skillet that my Granny made cornbread in at every meal. The #1 thing I remember her making. Being a cast iron collector of Griswold, @YETI, @finexcookware &!@Lodge Cast Iron, this is a great and special addition to my collection. This is not an ad. This is a PSA! Some folks think you can do this process in a high heat oven. I recommend Chris’ process instead, because the high heat can crack a vintage pan. I didn’t know this was an old Wagner, so I’m really glad I had this restored the proper way.  Chris, THANK YOU!!!! The best bite I’ve had in 6 months! 🔥🦌🔥 @zachtop playing out of the brand new @Turtlebox Grande with a delicious pour of my Weller Antique 107 barrel pick from @Buffalo Trace Distillery. I slit a pocket in the backstrap of a buck I harvested, filled it with jalapeño cream cheese and seasoned it all over with our Holy Cow. I placed that in a bacon weave seasoned with our Hickory AP and cooked it at 325° on the @traegergrills Woodridge with Meat Church pellets (oak\hickory). At 120° internal temp, I glazed it with Big Wick’s Mesquite Smoked Jalapeño Glaze. I pulled it at 125° so it landed just under medium rare to keep this wild game juicy.
