Just mix two egg whites, one pack of Kodiak, cinnamon, high-protein oatmeal, and 1/2 smashed banana, and a dash of cinnamon. Put into a pan with butter and fry like a pancake You can top it with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, sugar-free syrup, or just put it in the toaster and take it on the run because it’s delicious just as is!
