#pregnancynutrition #kidfriendly #breastfeedingsnacks Needed Collagen Pancakes Wet ingredients 1 very ripe banana 2 eggs 2 tbsp grass fed butter or ghee (or coconut oil for dairy free) 1/4 cup water or milk of choice 1/2 tsp vanilla Dry ingredients 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Baking Flour 2 tbsp flax or other fiber 2 scoops Needed Collagen 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry. Let the mixture sit while you hear a skillet over medium heat. Spoon your batter into the skillet and wait until they are bubbly with dry edges to flip!
