It’s not a coincidence—this is part of the process. Manifestation isn’t just asking for what you want, it's so much more powerful when you make it about becoming the version of yourself who feels deserving of it and can hold it. And that means one thing, you have to embrace change. You can’t change your life without changing your life. When you call in a new reality, the old one has go to make room. But that’s easier said than done. We often hold onto to jobs, relationships or habits because they feel familiar even if they’re holding us back. That’s when the universe steps in. If you are doing your manifestation work but don't don’t take action, it will act for you. The job you’ve outgrown? Suddenly, it feels unbearable, or you get fired. The friendships that drain you? The spike in horror movies leading up to Halloween might be fun for some, but most people don’t realize that the adrenaline they’re chasing actually comes at a cost. Watching scary movies causes cortisol (our stress hormone) to rise, which can have a lasting impact on our health. Cortisol is one of the main hormones that can throw off your entire system if it stays elevated. When we’re exposed to sudden fear like a jump scare or intense scene in a movie, our heart rate and blood pressure goes up and our cortisol levels skyrocket. That response was useful thousands of years ago when we needed to escape real threats, but now, prolonged high cortisol can lead to issues with sleep, skin, digestion, mood, weight and so much more. For me, seeing even a split second of a horror scene stays with me, affecting my stress levels and even disturbing my sleep. So I have always needed a ritual to reset and calm down if I ever want to watch an action or thriller movie.  That’s why I created a quick, simple cortisol-balancing meditation. It’s designed to bring your system back to a calm, grounded place. This practice uses an energetic release, a powerful visualization, and a technique called the physiological sigh to reset your stress response in just a few minutes. William and I finally landed in Miami and it’s been a surprise that feels exactly right for this phase of our lives. For so long, we had a limiting belief that had to find the “perfect place” to finally feel settled. But what we realized is that the search for perfection was actually holding us back from enjoying where we were. So, instead of waiting for the “right” place, we decided to create it, based on what matters most to us right now. It’s not because Miami in itself is perfect, but because it aligns with what we need at this stage in our lives. Miami gives us the slower pace, sunshine and wellness focused energy we’ve been craving. It’s a place where we can focus on growing MODE the Method and prioritize our wellbeing at the same time. When it came time to move our things from New York, we thought we’d have to fly back and pay for accomodation in New York just to give the movers access to our storage unit. But the universe had other plans! @Dumbo Moving happened to have a truck in Miami when we reached out to them. They spent an hour in traffic just to take our keys from us and moved everything without us flying back, and delivered our things within days! It was so easy and seamless and no other company even offered close to that timeline or care. For the first time, we have room to truly balance life and work. Our Miami home has dedicated spaces for wellness, content creation, and work something we didn’t have in our Brooklyn loft, where everything blurred together. Now, we can close the door on work and fully reset at the end of the day. Manifestation played a huge role in this move (of course). We wrote down exactly what we wanted in our new home and visualized how it would feel to live there. And within a day of landing in Miami, we found the perfect place it was everything on our list plus an extra bedroom and bathroom! This move has been a beautiful reminder that when you're in alignment, things can unfold easily. You don’t need to force things. This year, I’ve visited so many beautiful places, experienced countless dream come true moments and elevated so much. But there’s a beautiful, quiet joy in returning to the slow rhythm of home. So as I slow down here in this new home… I am letting myself surrender completely into morning rituals, daytime baths, cooking with a cute apron, creating wellness tinctures and mocktails and the depth of the love in my marriage. One of my Elevated Self’s essentials is luxury and I’ve learned that it can be just as prevalent in the small, sacred rituals we build into our everyday lives as it is in travel and adventures. Because the real luxury is time. So I am falling in with slow mornings, taking the time to ritualize everything, the deep conversations that stretch into the night, and the way a bath feels like a ceremony when you add candles, affirmations and a little intention. This next chapter feels like a new beginning… One that I’m ready to fully lean into. I haven’t announced where we’ve moved yet (but I will soon on my Substack), but with our move to a new home, I’m already feeling the grounding energy of what’s to come. This season, I’m choosing to slow down, to savor the small things, to elevate everything I do, and to create more moments of deep, intentional care. I’m creating the most incredible practices, EFT sessions, and Elevations so that each practice can feel like a gift I give myself to stay connected to my Elevated Self as well as the MTM community. What if this season is your invitation to do the same? To pause, to rest, to lean into whatever feeds your soul, and to embrace the beauty of a slower pace.
