Butter cream recipe (Double ) - 8 Sticks of unsalted butter ( room temp) - 2 lb powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream I’m gonna work on getting my buttercream smoother, I honestly dont think im mixing my butter long enough. My buttercream still comes out really good and easy to apply & tastes really good 😋 . So its just a thing of learning what works best for you as a baker 🧑🏽‍🍳 I am open to any tips or advice 😘

So I didn’t have any more Bakers Joy, so I made some Cake Goop for the first time and I highly recommend it. My cake released perfectly out the pan, just fell right out 😊 1:1:1 ratio 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 of vegetable shortening or butter I used butter instead, and if you need more just double the recipe.
