most days i eat avocado toast but i was gifted oreos for valentines & it reminded me of my mornings in uni. I was vegan at the time and I was taking an insane amount of credits while also working part time as a model and construction. It was silly but in mornings when I had to rush I would eat oreos and coffee. it did get me thru the morning. I have to admit growing up in america, I ate so much junk food, but I’ve always been skinny. It led to me to the conclusion that there isn’t one specific diet to be skinny; many times it can be genetics, a manifestation of the subconscious mind, simply a product of your hardwork & determination, karma, or maybe all factors. & after studying Ayurveda, I came to the conclusion that the real goal is to be healthy. Love yourself. Love your body. Love your life. Or don’t. do what makes you happy ✨🤍 just be safe and healthy.
