I’ve never done this before, and as a mom who travels in an RV, this is hard AF! I’m in my cutting phase right now which makes life a bit tricky. But I know I don’t want to quit and I’m dialed in. Why am I doing this? I want to set an example for my kids, that with discipline they can achieve their goals. So far, I have lost 7 pounds in this journey. I am eating a well balanced diet consisting of, chicken, veggies/fruits, rice.. and now beef. Dinner has been an absolute treat. I am still thinking about my post show meal. What should I have?! I need ideas lol
