I’m excited to partner with @knorr to share this Bistec a la Mexicana recipe. This is such an easy recipe for beginner chefs, and it’s extremely flavorful—the only seasoning I used was Knorr Beef Granulated Bouillon.
#knorrpartner Here are the details to make this recipe: 1. Saute 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 sliced jalapeño, 1/2 sliced onion in olive oil for 5-7 min on medium high heat. 2. Add 1.5 lb of diesmillo (thin sliced chuck steak) and cook on medium high heat for 7-10 min on medium high heat. 3. Blend 3 Roma tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 3/4 cup water, and 2 Tbsp of Knorr Beef Granulated Bouillon ✨ 4. Add to meat and veggies and bring to a boil. 5. Cover and simmer for 15-20 min. 6. Serve and enjoy!
