STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PROTEIN BLISS BALLS🍓 If you grew up loving strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, you are going to want to prep my OG strawberry shortcake protein bliss balls. Taste like the real deal but made with healthier good for you ingredients. Strawberry short cake bliss balls: 1 1/2 cups raw organic cashews soaked and rinsed (soaked for at least 4 hours in hot water) 1/4 cup raw coconut butter 1/4 cup organic coconut flour or almond flour 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil melted 7 organic medjool dates (pits removed) 2 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract 1 cup freeze dried organic strawberries 1 1/2 scoops @Truvani vanilla protein powder 1-2 scoops @Perfect Supplements collagen powder 1/4 cup water Instructions: 1. Soak cashews in hot water for at least 4 hours to softened and then drain and rinse 2. Soak medjool dates in hot water to soften if not fresh and are hard. I soak mine in hot water for 30 minutes. 3. Add all ingredients except freeze dried strawberries to food processor and process for about 15-20 seconds or until combined 4. Test the batter, it should be able to roll easily into balls 5. If too dry and crumbly add extra water and process 5-10 seconds 6. If too wet add 1 Tbsp at a time of coconut or almond flour until you get desired consistency 7. Add in freeze dried strawberries and PULSE a couple times. I like to keep strawberries chunky 8. With a Tbsp ice cream scoop, scoop out batter, and roll into 21 bite size balls 9. Store in refrigerator or freezer (I prefer freezer) . .
