Today I am showing you how to make these delicious and super easy homemade chunky monkey granola bars. The perfect grab and go snack option for your week and way better than any store bought ones💯 Save for later and follow along for more! Chunky Monkey Banana Bread Granola Bars: Makes 11 2 ripe bananas 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil 1/3 cup pecan butter (substitute any nut/seed butter)  1/4 cup manuka honey (substitute maple syrup) 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2 cups sprouted gluten-free oats 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup toasted coconut chips 1/3 cup no sugar added chocolate chips Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder  Instructions: 1. Mix everything in a large bowl 2. Add to silicone granola bar molds 3. Bake 350 F 15-20 minutes 4. Let them cool completely, I like to stick mine in freezer for 20 minutes  5.
