OATMEAL RAISIN PROTEIN BALLS 💌 recipe below!  DRY INGREDIENTS: - 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder  - 1/2 cup gf oats  - 1/4 cup raisins (preferably no added sugar) - 1 tsp ground cinnamon  WET INGREDIENTS: - 1/2-3/4 cup almond butter (depending on consistency)  - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey  INSTRUCTIONS:  - in a large bowl, add in your dry ingredients, give it a quick mix, then add in your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined and form into one giant ball. Then form into smaller balls and place in a glass container. Enjoy within 3-4 days! CHRISTMAS COOKIE PROTEIN BALLS 🎄recipe below! INGREDIENTS:  - 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (~1/2 cup) - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon  - A pinch of sea salt  - 1/2 tsp almond extract  - 1/2-3/4 cup almond butter (depending on consistency)  - 1/4 cup maple syrup  - Sprinkles of your choosing!  INSTRUCTIONS:  - in a large bowl, add your protein powder, cinnamon and sea salt. Give it a quick mix. - Then add in your wet ingredients: almond extract, almond butter and maple syrup.  - Mix until everything is well combined and formed into one giant ball.  * if the consistency is slimy, you can ALWAYS add in more protein powder. Almond butter consistencies can vary so it’s hard to say a perfect measurement for everyone.  - then form into smaller balls and place in a glass container.  - On a small plate, pour your sprinkles. Gently press the top of the protein ball into the sprinkles then place back in the glass container.  - Store in the fridge and enjoy within 3-4 days! These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Truffles are gluten free, dairy free, paleo, high protein, and refined sugar free, and the perfect New Year’s Treat! Recipe below. Cookie Dough: •3/4 cup cashew butter •1 tsp vanilla extract •1/4 tsp salt •1/4 cup coconut flour (see recipe notes if using almond or oat flour or cacao powder) •1/4 cup Truvani vanilla protein power •1/3 cup 100% cacao chocolate chips (or Hu Kitchen chocolate gems) Chocolate Shell: •1/2 cup Hu Kitchen chocolate gems •1/2 tbsp coconut oil OR •1/3 cup 100% cacao chocolate chips •1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil •2 tbsp room temperature maple syrup or honey Instructions: 1. Add the cashew butter, vanilla, and salt to a bowl and mix then add in the coconut flour, protein powder, and chocolate and mix until a dough forms. Add more flour if it’s too wet or more cashew butter if it’s too dry. 2. Scoop the dough and roll into balls then place the ball on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes. 3. After 30 minutes, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together (on the stovetop using the double boiler method or in the microwave). If using unsweetened chocolate, remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup or honey. 4. Remove the balls from the freezer and coat in melted chocolate then return to the tray. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt then place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, then dig in and enjoy!
