CASTOR OIL FAQ ⬇️ (All my favs are 🔗 in my Amazon storefront under ‘castor oil routine’) I do a castor oil patch every night, besides when I’m on my actual period! (castor oil has a very stimulating effect, and can make your flow heavier when on your period) *disclaimer* I am obvi not a doctor lol and if you have specific questions I recommend consulting your physician! I’m just sharing my experience :) I have noticed that I don’t cramp during my period, my cycle is regulated, and I feel less water retention / inflammation when I consistently do this! This is just my experience with doing this and the detoxification benefits have been AMAZING!!! 💫 (I also like to put a heating pad over it on my stomach for 15-30 min after I put the patch on. I then sleep with the castor oil patch on & carefully take it off in the morning.)  PATCHES I USE: sometimes the sticky patches will leave a residue or mark, so I recommend using baby oil or an adhesive remover if you’re worried about this! (favs 🔗 in my Amazon storefront) I just like the convenience of this method and don’t really care about the mark that it sometimes leaves when you take it off. You also can use an actual wrap pack (although I recommend using a cotton flannel underneath the actual wrap so it doesn’t get on your clothes / sheets. This is why I don’t really do the wraps! It would consistently get on my sheets.)
