I believe baked chicken is a classic staple in most households.  But let’s jazz it up a little with a curry twist.  Check out this simple Curry Baked Chicken Recipe! 🍛  Ingredients: 10-12 drumsticks 2 tablespoons, olive oil Seasonings: 4 tablespoons, Curry powder 1 tablespoon,Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon,Ground thyme 2 tablespoons, Granulated garlic 1 tablespoons, Onion powder 2 teaspoons, Cumin powder 1 packet, Sazon seasoning  Salt and pepper to taste  1 large, green bell pepper, sliced 1/2 large yellow onion, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced  1 to 1 1/2 cups, chicken broth  1 tablespoon, corn starch 1 tablespoon, cold water  1 teaspoon browning sauce 3 tablespoons, butter 4 sprigs, Thyme  Instructions:   1. Add oil to help the seasoning adhere and achieve slightly crispy skin. 2. Season with all the spices listed in the ingredient list, along with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Combine green bell peppers and onions in the bowl with the chicken and seasonings. 4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and allow them to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. 5. In a baking dish, place butter, chicken, seasonings, and vegetables together. 6. Pour chicken broth and browning sauce into the bowl with the remaining seasonings. 7. For a light yet thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a cornstarch slurry. 8. Add fresh minced garlic, then slowly pour the sauce along the side of the baking dish. 9. Finish with a sprinkle of paprika and black pepper for an appealing presentation. Incorporate fresh herbs as well. 10. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour or until cooked to your preference. 11. Remove the foil and baste the dish twice during the cooking process. 12.
