#birthing game day!! It’s a place where you can multitask too! Moving them hips why you watch TV, talk on the phone, play on your phone, entertain your other littles, brush your teeth, listen to music/podcast, or watch my training videos😉 🔵
#birthball exercises can be done any week of pregnancy. Do each
#pregnancyexercise for 1 minute each several times a day. Don’t forget to switch directions on the hip circles, infinity and figure 8s. 👊🏻Motivating you to keep moving throughout pregnancy! Some days you aren’t going to want to! In labor, you aren’t going to want to at some point either! Do it anyway even if it’s only 5 minutes!!
