HOW I PREPPED FOR A BODYBUILDING SHOW 🏆
🚨 Warning: Prep is extreme, unhealthy, and not sustainable. I don’t recommend it unless you know what you’re getting into.
With only 4 weeks to dial in, here’s how I did it 👇
🥗 DIET:
🔥 500 calorie deficit
🍗 Protein: 1.25g/lb BW
🥑 Fats: 0.3g/lb BW
🍚 Carbs: Filled in the rest
✅ Ate mostly veggies, protein, & low-calorie condiments to stay full.
🏃♂️ CARDIO:
🚶♂️ 15K steps/day
🔥 60 min treadmill (15% incline @ 2.5mph)
🏋️♂️ TRAINING:
💪 6x per week (Modified legs/push/pull split)
⚠️ CONSEQUENCES:
❌ Extreme fatigue
❌ Mood swings
❌ Brain fog
❌ Hormonal imbalances
📌 THE TAKEAWAY:
This is why I preach a sustainable, balanced lifestyle over extreme dieting.
💭 Now you’re probably wondering…
Why would I put myself through this knowing the consequences?
Because sometimes, it's about more than just looking good.
It’s about proving to yourself that you can push beyond your limits.
That you can commit, suffer, and still show up at your best when it matters.
Not everything in life is meant to be "sustainable."
Sometimes, you do things for the challenge—to see what you're made of.
Would I live like this forever? Absolutely not.
But would I do it again? Hell yes.
