Cookies n Cream Dutch Baby Recipe 👇🏼 3 eggs, room temperature ½ cup flour of choice* ½ cup milk of choice** ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp melted butter 10 chocolate cream sandwich cookies (Oreos or equivalent), crushed 1 tbsp unsalted butter ½ cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Sweetened vanilla yoghurt of choice or cream*** Preheat your oven (or air fryer) to 425F/220C with cast-iron skillet inside Blend together batter ingredients. Set aside for at least 10 minutes to let the flour absorb the liquid Pull out the preheated skillet (careful, it's blazing hot), toss in 1 tbsp butter to melt, then pour in the batter sprinkles 1/4 of the crushed sandwich cookies on top Bake for 20-25 mins, or until golden brown Meanwhile, make the chocolate sauce by melting chocolate chips and coconut oil in 10 seconds increments, whisking until a smooth sauce forms Pull Dutch Baby out of the oven, drizzle with chocolate sauce and yoghurt/cream, and sprinkle on the remaining crushed cookies.
