Recipe below ⬇️ Love me some quick, easy, & healthy crock pot meals for my husband to come home from work to!! Cowboy Casserole: Ingredients - 1 pound grass fed ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 1 can of kidney beans, drained & rinsed (I didn't drain or rinse but, ya knowww... lol) 1 can diced tomatoes w/ or without green chiles 1 cup of frozen corn (I just added a small can of corn) 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper (I just added to taste) 4 cups sliced potatoes 1 cup shredded cheese (again, I added to taste, husband loves his cheese.. lol) Prep - Add beef, garlic, & onions to skillet - cook until meat is browned and onions are soft Throw everything else in the crock pot and mix Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high In the last 20 mins, add shredded cheese You're all set! Makes about 4 servings. We paired it with some sliced french bread that someone dropped off at my husband's work, and it was pretty 💣 Enjoy!!
