The TikTok hashtag #fetapastarecipe features creamy, baked feta cheese tossed with pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil. It's a viral trend, known for its simplicity, deliciousness, and visually appealing presentation.
So I made pasta one time since my sugar fast and it was on LIKE day 3 I believe! This feta pasta was so good, but I did feel a little bloated so I’m going to try “protein pasta” or “Palmini” soon and I’ll let ya know what I think.  This journey is about cutting out sugar YES, but it’s also about living healthier, cleaner, and better! I want to fill my body with only goodness and Whole Foods and stay away from anything that is harmful! Does that mean I will be out here counting my calories? NO NEVER! I’m not in the business of controlling myself in that way, because I am sure that can become super unhealthy! I just want to make sure to get all my protein in, work out everyday, and eat whole! The REAL GOAL, is to have a snatched waist Ofcourse, but also to make HEALTHY eating a lifestyle & not a “diet” I don’t believe in restricting myself from FOOD! Food was made to eat, however sugar??????? Yeah no! So the whole, don’t eat rice and beans, please keep those comments to yourself! God put food on this earth for us to enjoy! Now should we be out here overeating! No! Should we be out here eating processed foods, foods with artificial flavors? Sweeteners? NO! So this isnt a sprint it’s a marathon! Everyday im educating myself more and more on nutrition, what’s good for the body, what’s harmful etc! I will keep you guys updated on everything I am learning! Again, I’m gonna eat, but I’m going to eat clean! & rice and beans is not a bad choice! GOOD day!
