Fitness is so confusing because there really is no ONE right answer. There are a lot of variables that go into helping someone get fit: age, training age, gender, hormones, background, lifestyle, injuries, habits, etc. You also have to take someoneās goals into consideration. Some people just want to be able to play with their kids without getting winded while other people want to look amazing on the beach. Then there is a ton of conflicting information out there and some downright misinformation so people can capitalize on your confusion. Regardless of those things, you can still figure out what works for you by starting small and giving your self enough time to figure out what is working and what isnāt. Iāve made a ton of mistakes in my lifetime, but those mistakes helped me figure out the key things that actually matter for ME. Donāt be afraid to make mistakes, just make sure you LEARN from them.
