There are many reasons to add freshly milled flour to your diet (like reducing the risk of several diseases), but the flavor is reason enough. I recently had a loaf of sourdough from a farmers’ market that convinced me it was time. I’ve always strived to make my sourdough shine on the outside, and now I’m eager to focus on the inside as well. 🥰🫶🏼 Follow along and learn with me as I dive into this new adventure!
