Recovery - Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep & take 1-2 rest days per week to aid muscle repair and growth. 4. Supplements (Optional but helpful) - These are the essential supplements I rely on: whey protein with BCAA and creatine. 5. Track Progress - Monitor body changes, strength, and performance. Small, consistent improvements lead to long-term success. Tracking your progress helps you see how far you’ve come. 6.
